WMC is proud to announce that our own Mark Hill has accepted the role of Athletic Director. After a long search that included 22 applicants from seven different states, the search team is excited to share this great news.
Mark has been the Dean of Students at WMC since January 2021, a role which he was appointed to after serving as a Middle School teacher at WMC for the previous two years. In addition to his commitment to education, Mark has been an integral part of WMC’s athletic program. He is the voice of Warrior volleyball, basketball, and girls soccer, has assisted the athletic department in organizing and promoting athletic events, and coached the varsity baseball team to their first conference championship since the late 90s. WMC is excited to have someone so deeply rooted in this community and committed to our mission take on the role of Athletic Director.
We would also like to take this time to express our sincere and heartfelt thanks to Ryan Slack for his tireless work, dedicated leadership, and profound impact on the Warrior Athletic program.
Ryan’s dedication extended far beyond the job description, ensuring that our students always had the best possible environment to compete, grow, and glorify God through athletics. His hard work and leadership have secured the path for our future success, and the entire WMC community wishes him the very best in his next endeavor.
