We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Ben Lewis to our faculty. Mr Lewis began teaching Bible in our high school on January 17, 2023, at the start of the second semester.
Mr. Lewis grew up in Grand Haven and is a 2015 graduate of Hope College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Management. He will soon complete his Masters Degree in Biblical Studies at Moody Bible Institute in Chicago.
When asked how he would envision applying the WMCS mission to his teaching he responded, “My vision is that in my class students would learn what the Bible says about God and their relationship to Him through Christ. Through learning this they would gain a better understanding of how to live a life that honors and glorifies the Lord.”
Mr. Lewis’ interests and hobbies include a passion for the game of golf and playing the drums in church praise bands.
We look forward to the ministry of Mr. Ben Lewis on our faculty!
