Dear WMC Community,
We wanted to give you an update on the principal search. We have been meeting every 3 weeks in an effort to move us forward in our principal search. We have developed a job description, an informational flyer about our school for inclusion in the job posting, a list of websites to advertise the position, and a process to follow as we go through the process of interviewing. We will officially begin advertising our principal search on October 15th. We hope to collect letters of interest and resumes from candidates through December. Please pray for God to continue to bless our process and for His guidance as we begin considering candidates. Thank you for your support.
In addition, we would appreciate your feedback on interview questions for the principal candidates. The responses from will be collected and assessed by the principal search committee to develop interview questions for our future candidates. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts.
