WMC Mission & Vision: A Word from Pastor Samuel Greer

Dear WMC families, teachers, alumni, and supporters,

I hope you had a HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Significant progress is happening at WMC! First being, this e-newsletter communication. My team is working hard at bringing back The Prayer Warrior, an e-newsletter about all things WMC each trimester. Please enjoy this holiday edition wrapping up the start of school through the holiday season.  Great things are happening at WMC! This is the place to be.

Our Campus The WMC Board of Directors, led by Stu Kingma, launched the Campus & Community Campaign, which thoughtfully lays out the building projects proposed for WMC. This presentation is designed to be both salt and light to our community.  Please join us in this effort.

Looking Ahead Another WMC Board-led project is the strategic planning for WMC through 2025. A group of hand-selected influencers culled from WMC parents, teachers, admin, department heads, and board members, who comprise the Futures Task Force, are tasked with providing professional strategic recommendations in the areas of their core competency.

Our Stewardship Our school is experiencing financial stability through the dedicated WMC board and administrated leadership. WMC has completed successful audits over the last several years.  The November audit is complete with NO findings or recommendations.

In His Service An update about Project Grace and how it rolls up to ABC. Our head of Spiritual Development, Matt Smith, is leading the charge on PG this year. The time frame for PG is December 2-16, 2019.  Please join us as we strive to live out the Biblical principles of community.

WMC Christmas Tradition You are cordially invited to the WMC Christmas Collage is on Dec 17 at the Frauenthal in Muskegon. Graduates from all five WMCS feeder schools perform in the Collage every year, so please join us in this time of celebration of the birth of Christ our Savior! You do not want to miss this exciting evening.   As we approach Thanksgiving and Christmas, I want to express deep and sincere gratitude for the many stewards that serve on our WMC board and all other WMC task forces all in the name of Christ Jesus and his Kingdom, as we work to build and sustain excellent Christian education.

In His Service,

Pastor Samuel Greer
